Plastic Injection Moulding
Moulded components for automotive instruments, printers, digital pianos, home appliances, audio equipment, medical devices, and television antennas.
Our injection moulding operation covers the component types our customers have brought us since 1982: speedometer parts, printer components, automotive interior and instrument parts, digital piano keys, home appliance housings, audio equipment, medical parts, and TV boosters and antennas.
Moulding runs alongside in-house painting and printing, so a painted or decorated part leaves the site finished rather than travelling to a second supplier for its surface treatment.
Electronic Manufacturing Services
Contract electronics production for brands including Sanken Indonesia and Multi Indocitra, and for our own HORI Lighting range.
We have run electronic manufacturing services since 1990, producing for customers such as PT Sanken Indonesia and PT Multi Indocitra Tbk, as well as for our own product lines: HORI Lighting, Cooper Lighting, ILP, WIZ, and KWH meters.
Production equipment includes Minami, Juki, Panasert, Heller, and TDK machinery, supported by the certifications our customers' markets require.
OEM & Private Label Assembly
Original components and finished assemblies supplied under our customers' brands, from automotive plastic parts to digital piano keyboard assemblies.
Our OEM work covers both components and complete assemblies. Current examples include plastic parts for Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Mitsubishi; transfusion connectors for the Japanese medical market; keyboard unit assemblies for Kawai digital pianos; and LED panels for export to the United States.
Programmes are exclusive: a design developed for one customer is not offered to another, and we manufacture under the customer's brand rather than our own.
Painting & Printing
Surface finishing and decoration for moulded components, kept on the same site as the moulding that produces them.
Painting and printing run alongside injection moulding so that a decorated part does not leave our control between moulding and finishing.
Keeping the two steps together is what makes colour and registration repeatable across a production run, and it removes the handling damage that accumulates when parts are packed and shipped between suppliers.
HORI LED Lighting
Our own lighting range: LED candle, bulb, flood light, street light, high bay, down light, tube T8, par, and spot for industrial, office, retail, and residential use.
HORI Lighting is our own brand, produced in Indonesia since 2009 and sold to industry, offices, retail, and households. The range covers LED candle, LED bulb, flood light, street light (PJU), high bay, down light, tube T8, par, and spot fixtures.
The range carries TKDN certification and SNI Luminer compliance to IEC 60598-1:2016 and IEC 60598-2-3:2016. It is the clearest demonstration of what our production lines can do, because the product and the process are both ours.
Tooling & Mould Making
Mould design and manufacture supporting new programmes, from design review through to production validation.
New injection moulding programmes start with tooling. We review the part design for manufacturability before a mould is cut, then validate the tool on production machines before handover.
DFM feedback covers wall thickness, draft, gate placement, and any feature that will not hold at the quoted cost — with a recommended alternative rather than a list of objections.
Quality, Environmental & Safety Systems
ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certified, with production tested to customer and market requirements.
We hold ISO 9001:2015 for quality management, ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management, and ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety.
Certification matters mainly because our customers require it. Japanese manufacturers in particular audit suppliers before placing work, so our systems are maintained to withstand that scrutiny rather than to satisfy a renewal visit.

Inquiry & Requirements Review
You send drawings, specifications, target volumes, and target pricing. We respond with a feasibility position and the questions that actually matter.
DFM & Quotation
Engineering reviews manufacturability, proposes cost-down changes, and issues a written quotation covering tooling, unit price at volume breaks, and lead time.
Tooling & Prototyping
Moulds are designed, built, and trialled. Prototypes and pre-production samples are submitted for your approval with dimensional reports.
Qualification & Approval
First-article inspection and reliability testing, and where the market requires it, third-party laboratory testing. Production starts only after written sample approval.
Mass Production
Production runs under a documented control plan with in-process inspection and lot traceability. Progress and yield are reported against your schedule.
Finishing & Final Inspection
Painting, printing, and assembly as required, followed by outgoing inspection and, for export programmes, the documentation the destination market requires.
Shipment & After-Sales
Export documentation and container loading, then field feedback tracked back to the process step that caused it.
